Went down to the national stadium as early as i could after meeting the rest who luckily got the tickets 4 the tiger cup final between singapore and indonesia.Reached national stadium at around 430pm,30mins b4 the gates were opened.By the time we reached there,the place was already filled with 10 or manybe 20000 passionate fans awaiting entry to the stadium.In so many years in which i watched local football,this was the 1st time i saw singaporeans being so passionate about their football.3 riot police buses were also stationed outside the stadium.Gates were opened and in we went,no not b4 pushing and shoving our way through the over passionate crowd.Got wat i think was the best seats in the stadium,right in the center in the 1st row of the 2nd section in the stadium,just above the fan clubs.Saw many pretty girls accompany their partner to the game and saw a few familiar faces.U would not belive it,we saw mandy tan a.k.a. the game and her ah beng husband in the stadium.The stadium was very packed at this instant,Zhi rong took more than 30mins just to go outside and buy some drinks.National anthem sang by Jai was echoed loudly by the capacity crowd.Then the game started,it wasn't a pretty game but singapore got the job done.Goals from indra and agu laid singapore's hands on the big,golden trophy.Ole,ole the crowd went,there was also this large tusnami wave that was going round and round the stadium,the atmosphere was electrifying.The rest of the night was spent on partying,loud music was blasted and the fans danced to the tunes to celebrate s'pores latest triumph in international football.The celebrations did not stop there,the ole chants went on non-stop outside the stadium,cars and motorcycles sounded their horns to celebrate while they were stucked in a stagnant traffic after the game.In all a job well done by the lions
